不同产地槐米中芦丁的含量测定

摘要

目的：通过测定不同产地槐米中主要活性成分芦丁的含量，评价槐米质量优劣。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，Welch XB-C18柱（5μm，4.6 mm ×250 mm），流动相为甲醇和1％冰醋酸水溶液（39：61），检测波长257 nm，柱温30℃，流速1.2 mL∕min。结果：该方法标准曲线良好，线性方程为Y＝12243X-80.436（r＝0.9999），平均加样回收率为99.15％，RSD为1.6％。不同产地槐米中芦丁含量在13.88％～35.74％之间。结论：不同产地槐米中芦丁含量差异显著，其中以广西桂林地区所产槐米质量较佳。%Objective:To evaluate the quality of Flos Sophorae through determining the content of rutin which is the main active ingredi -ent of Flos Sophorae from different growing areas .Methods:HPLC analysis was made on a Welch XB-C18 (5 μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm) with isocratic elution 1%acetic acid-methanol(61:39) as the mobile phase was at a flow-rate of 1.2 mL∕min.The detection wave-length was set at 257 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results: The linear equation was Y =12243X-80.436(r=0. 9999), and the average recovery was 99.15%, RSD=1.6%.The content of Rutin in Flos Sophorae from different growing areas were 13.88%to 35.74%.Conclusion:There is variation of the rutin content in Flos sophorae from different growing areas , and the quality of samples from Guangxi Guilin were higher than those from other places .
