蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗病毒性角膜炎临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe clinic treatment effect of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid in treating viral keratitis .Methods:Out patients of keratitis from January 2009 to August 2012 were randomized to a control group of 26 cases of (30 eyes), using Western medi-cine, and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group of 28 cases (30 eyes), using both Western medicine and Pudilan anti-in-flammatory oral liquid.The duration was a month.Results:Clinical curative rate and total effective rate of the integrated group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The prognosis of integrated group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid can be effective for treatment of viral keratitis .%目的：蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗病毒性角膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法：将收集的于2009年1月至2012年8月来我院就治的病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中对照组26例（30只眼），采用西药治疗；治疗组28例（30只眼），在采用西医治疗的基础上加用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。2组患者均以1个月为1个疗程，1个月治疗结束后。结果：治疗组临床治愈率以及总有效均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的视力恢复情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：蒲地蓝消炎口服液可以有效的治疗病毒性角膜炎。
