中医综合疗法治疗中年人动眼神经麻痹37例

摘要

目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床效果。方法：将74例中年动眼神经麻痹患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例。对照组给予甲钴胺穴位注射治疗，治疗组在甲钴胺穴位注射治疗的基础上加用中医综合疗法。观察2组患者治疗前后的结果，经统计学分析处理，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组患者的治疗有效率相比，治疗组明显高于对照组，且有统计学意义（P＝0.035＜0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法治疗中年人动眼神经麻痹疗效显著。%Objective:To observe efficacy of integrated TCM treatments on oculomotor paralysis .Methods:Seventy-four middle-aged pa-tients were randomized to treatment group and control groups (n=37).Control group was given mecobalamin injection , in addition to it, treatment group received integrated TCM treatments .Clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment using statistical analy-sis.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P=0.035<0.05).Con-clusion:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy has significant efficacy for oculomotor in the middle -aged.
