Objective: To identify four kinds of Smilax microphylla produced in different places with the method of HPLC. Methods: The HPLC analysis was performed on a Thermon C18( 150mm x4. 6mm,5μm )column with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid at 35℃,the detection wavelength was set at 330 nm with the flow rate of 1 mL? min-1. Results: Eighteen main characteristic peaks in Smilax microphylla were selected. Conclusions:The method can be used to provide the reference for the identification of Smilax microphylla.%目的:利用高效液相色谱法鉴别4种不同产地的小叶菝葜.方法:利用HPLC方法,Thermon C18分析柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);柱温为35℃;流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长330nm.结果:小叶菝葜药材色谱图中有18个分离度较好的共有峰.结论:该方法可为小叶菝葜的鉴别研究提供参考.
