红核妇洁洗液预防产褥感染100例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the Honghe Fujie lotion to prevent puerperal infection clinical curative effect.Methods:To collect my natural childbirth,100 cases of pregnant women in hospital,random points 2 groups 50 cases each.Postpartum groups at all times during the hospital routine nursing,after discharge,prevention treatment group with 10% Honghe Fujie lotion to clean vulva.Control group ac-cording to the conventional vulva nursing postpartum,both to keep the vulva clean with warm water wash the vulva.Results:The puerpe-rium postpartum 42 days clinic examination,puerperal infection prophylaxis group was obviously less than the control group.Conclusion:Honghe Fujie lotion to prevent puerperal infection in clinical effect is satisfied with simple and feasible.%目的：观察红核妇洁洗液预防产褥感染临床疗效。方法：收集我科住院自然分娩孕妇100例，随机分2组各50例。产后住院期间各组均常规护理，出院后，预防用药组以10％红核妇洁洗液清洗外阴。对照组按产后常规外阴护理，即保持外阴清洁以温开水清洗外阴。结果：产褥期42 d门诊产后检查，预防用药组产褥感染明显少于对照组。结论：红核妇洁洗液预防产褥感染临床效果满意且简便可行。
