妇女围绝经期综合征的中医临证思路

摘要

In Traditional Chinese Medicine , the overall pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome is the imbalance of yin and yang .This syndrome mainly locates in kidney , and organs such as heart , liver and spleen .The clinical manifestations are diverse and complex .As for treatment , harmonizing yin and yang is the basic rule .Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and individualized therapy are also absolutely necessary .Only by combining cold and heat , tonification and purgation can get the best therapeutic effect .%围绝经期综合征相当于中医之“绝经前后诸证”，其病机总以阴阳失调为主，病位主要在肾，兼及心、肝、脾等多脏，临床表现纷繁复杂，治疗上应以“调和阴阳”为法，强调整体辨证，突出个性化治疗，抓主症，审因辨机，用药上注重寒热并用，攻补兼施，方能收获良效。
