徐慧媛治疗慢性胃炎的经验

Professor Xu Huiyuan is one of the 4th batch of the veteran and famous Chinese medicine experts in the academic experience inheritance project in Beijing , who has rich clinical experience , especially in diseases of digestive system .Chronic gastritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease , the main pathogenesis of which is abnormal liver Qi .The location of the disease is in middle-jiao.Its common TCM syndromes are liver-stomach disharmony and liver-spleen disharmony .The treatment of middle-jiao disease should use har-monic methods .The most appropriate harmonizing prescription is Xiaochaihu decoction .This article summarizes the experience of Xu Huiyuan for treating chronic gastritis by using Weiyan decoction which is derived from Xiaochaihu Decoction .Also, two typical cases is included for reference .%徐慧媛教授是北京市级第4批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，临床经验丰富，尤其在脾胃疾病方面学验俱丰。慢性胃炎为临床常见病、多发病，徐教授认为该病以肝气不疏为主要病机；其病位在于中焦；临床以肝胃不和、肝脾不和证型多见。中焦之证以调和为上，调和之剂首选小柴胡汤。文章总结了徐慧媛教授以小柴胡汤化裁自创“胃炎方”疏肝和胃治疗慢性胃炎等上消化道疾病的经验，并举临床验案2例以飨同仁。
