从《素问·举痛论》探析脉络血管疾病的发病机制

摘要

《黄帝内经》奠定了络病学的理论与方法论基础，同样，也奠定了脉络血管疾病的理论与方法论基础，其内容包括：脉络血管疾病的病名、病因、病机、发病、临床表现、传变及其诊断、治疗等各个方面。本文试从《素问·举痛论》中探析脉络血管疾病的发病机制及其对于临床的指导意义。%“Huangdi Neijing” founded the theory and methodology foundation of channel diseases and vascular diseases , including the contents on disease name, cause, pathogenesis, occurrence, symptoms, transmissions, diagnosis and treatment.This paper explores the pathogenesis and instruction for clinical practice of channel and vascular diseases from the aspects of “Treatise on Pain” in“Plain Ques-tions”.
