中药联合他克莫司软膏治疗寻常型白癜风的疗效分析

摘要

目的：：分析中药联合他克莫司软膏治疗寻常型白癜风的临床效果。方法：选取2011年3月至2013年3月经我院皮肤科门诊治疗的80例寻常型白癜风患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。2组患者均给予他克莫司软膏外涂皮损处,2次/d；实验组除涂抹他克莫司软膏外加用中药方剂内服,3次/d,100 mL/次。1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较2组患者经过治疗后总有效率、复色率及不良反应发生率。结果：经过传统中医中药联合他克莫司软膏外用的3个疗程的治疗后,实验组患者的总有效率为84．6%,对照组总有效率为40．4%,实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,并且差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；第1个疗程和第2个疗程实验组复色率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0．05),第3个疗程实验组与对照组复色率差异显著(36．7±12．4)vs(59．6 ± 13．5),具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；另外,2组患者均有不良反应发生,对照组使用他克莫司软膏不良反应主要表现为皮肤瘙痒、红斑、烧灼感等,大多数患者可以耐受,实验组内服中药不良反应主要是口舌干燥及1例胃肠不适,2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义( P>0．05)。结论：中药联合他克莫司软膏治疗寻常型白癜风疗效显著,操作简单,安全性高且不良反应少,值得在皮肤科推广应用。%Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of common vitiligo. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with vitiligo admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly assigned to control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). Both groups of patients were given Tacrolimus ointment, 2 times/day;in addition to that, the treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction 3 times/day, 100 mL/time. Taking one month as a treatment course, treat the patients for 3 months, comparing the total effective rate, the rate of color restore and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Results:1) After 3 courses of treatment, the total effec-tive rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05);2) In first and second course, repigmentation rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference has no statistically significant ( P>0. 05 ) . While in the third course, the difference has statistical significance ( P<0. 05);3) Both groups of patients had adverse reactions. Adverse reactions in the control group are mainly skin itching, erythe-ma, burning sensation, which is tolerable to most patients. While adverse reactions of the treatment group is mainly dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort (1 case). However, the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has a sig-nificant curative effect. It is simple to operate, has high safety and less adverse reactions, so it′s worthy to be applied in the de-partment of dermatology.
