读经典,用经典,是提高中医从业人员诊疗能力的重要举措,结合在老年黑肠病的临床治疗实践中,运用清代著名医家陈士铎“升降相依,以升为降”思想的体会和分析,提升了对常见病症便秘的辨证分型与治疗.%It's important for TCM professionals to understand and apply TCM classics,and thus to improve their treatment and diagnosis.In the clinical treatment of senile melanosis coli,the famous practitioner in Qing Dynasty,Chen Shiduo's thought "ascending and descending depending on each other & descending through ascending (Sheng Jiang Xiang Yi,Yi Sheng Wei Jiang) " was applied,which enhanced the pattern differentiation and treatment of common symptoms of constipation.
