养心氏片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxinshi tablet in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris patients.Methods: A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treament group and control group.The control group adopted routine therapy with blood vessel dilatation medicines and anticoagulant drugs;the treatment group was given routine therapy combined with Yangxinshi tablet.Frequency and degree of angina attack, total pressure of st segment of the electrocardiogram, and the adverse reaction of the medicine were observed before and after the treatment.Results: There was 19 cases with marked improvement, 9 effective cases and 2 invalid cases the treatment group;15 cases in the control group were found with marked improvement, including 11 effective cases and 4 invalid cases.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group (93% vs 86% , P<0.05).Conclusion: Yangxinshi tablet has definitely therapeutic effect and no adverse reaction on unstable angina pectoris.%目的:探讨养心氏片对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效.方法:选择60例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,在给予扩张血管、抗血小板等常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用养心氏片.观察2组治疗前后患者心绞痛发作次数、程度、心电图ST段总压的变化及药物不良反应.结果:治疗组显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率93%;对照组显效15例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率86%.2组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用养心氏片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定且不良反应少.
