养心氏片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察养心氏片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人的临床疗效.方法 采用多阶段抽样的方式选择本次观察性研究使用养心氏片的样本人群,随机入组1008例因稳定型心绞痛就诊且被处方养心氏片病人,选择能反映稳定型心绞痛症状改善和生活质量提高指标作为有效性指标,如中医单项症状发生率、中医证候积分、过去4周内心绞痛发作情况、西雅图心绞痛量表积分、生命体征变化、心电图变化情况等.结果 养心氏片对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛病人胸痛、失眠等中医证候单项症状及中医证候积分均具有一定的改善作用,可以改善病人心绞痛症状、西雅图心绞痛量表积分,促进血压降低、对稳定型心绞痛病人的异常心电图也具有一定的改善作用.结论 养心氏片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)具有显著的临床疗效.%Objective To investigate the effect of Yangxinshi tablets(YXST)in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods One thousand and eight patients with SAP were selected and prescribed in YXST by multi-stage sampling method.The incidence of individual traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,symptom scores,angina pectoris over the past four weeks,the Seattle Angina scale integration,changes in vital signs,ECG changes were observed.Results YXST could improve the chest pain,insomnia and other syndromes of individual symptoms and syndromes in patients with SAP with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes,and could improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,angina Seattle scale score,promoted blood pressure,also had some improvement in abnormal ECG in patients with SAP. Conclusion YXST has significant clinical efficacy in patients with SAP.
