中药'平调汤'治疗围绝经综合征140例临床观察

摘要

目的:观察中药"平调汤"治疗围绝经综合征140例的临床疗效.方法:将140例患者随机分为2组,每组70例.治疗组应用平调汤治疗,对照组应用更年宁心胶囊治疗.治疗后观察患者诸症改善情况,有无药物过敏反应,有无神经、精神等方面的不良反应,激素水平等的变化情况,比较2组临床疗效.结果:治疗后,2组患者经断前后乍寒乍热,烘热汗出,心烦易怒,腰背酸痛,失眠、头晕等临床症状明显改善,以治疗组优于对照组,2组症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间E2、P水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),FSH水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:平调汤治疗更年期综合征效果理想,能有效缓解患者经断前后乍寒乍热,烘热汗出,心烦易怒,腰背酸痛,失眠、头晕等临床症状.%Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Pingtiao Decoction on the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarurm.Methods:A total number of 140 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Seventy patients in the control group were treated with Gengnian Ningxin Capsulewhile the rest 70 patients in the treatment group were treated with Pingtiao Decoction.All these groups were treated for 56 days as one course.Results:After 56 days treatmentthe total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.86%significantly higher than that of the control group with the rate of 77.56% (P<0.05).Symptoms like temperature changing abruptlysweatirritationangerlow back paininsomniadizzinessetc.of both the two groups improved significantlywhich showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingtiao Decoction has a better curative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
