李延教授通阳祛痰化瘀方治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘要

目的:评价分析通阳祛痰化瘀方治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究.方法:将我院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者按照入院先后顺序分为常规组和通阳组,常组给予慢性心力衰竭常规药物治疗,而通组在常组基础上再加用"通阳祛瘀化痰方",记录并比较2组治疗方式和临床效果.结果:治疗后2组患者在中医证侯、LVEF症状积分、心功能分级6MWT距离与治疗前比较均有显著提高,并且通组显著优于常组(P<0.05).结论:通阳祛痰化瘀方治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,长期疗效稳定,显著提高生活治疗,值得临床推广使用.%Objective:To evaluate the clinical study on Tongyang Qutan Huayu Fang in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 80 cases of chronic heart failure in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission.Patients in control group were given conventional drug therapy for chronic heart failure, and the treat-ment group was added Tongyang Quyu Huatan Fang,The treatment methods and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome score,LVEF symptom score,heart function grading 6MWTdistance of 2 groups were significantly increased.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongyang Qutan Huayu Fang is effective in treating chronic heart failure,with stable and long-term effect,significantly improve the treatment of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
