早强水泥稳定基层材料的早期强度试验研究

         

摘要

试验针对内蒙古中西部季节性冰冻地区的气候特点,以呼和浩特市道路改扩建工程为依托,在水泥稳定碎石混合料中掺入5%的水泥,然后预定6个不同含水量3%-8%进行击实试验,得出最大干密度与最佳含水量。在此基础上,按水泥用量(重量比)为0%、8%、10%、12%、14%和16%的早强剂替换水泥,研究不同掺量早强剂的水泥稳定碎石混合料1d、2 d、3 d、7d的无侧限抗压强度,得出最佳早强剂的掺入量为12%。这一试验结果为寒冷地区现场施工提高其早期强度,使其力学强度在很短时间内就能达到工程设计要求提供了依据,最终达到在保证施工货量的前提下缩短施工工期的目的。%This experiment was based on the climatic characteristics of the seasonal frozen area in west central of Inner Mongolia, relied on the city road expansion project of Hohhot, and mixed with 5%of cement into the mixture of the cement stabilized macadam base, then it was scheduled six different moisture content from 3%to 8%for compaction test. In order to obtaining the maximum dry density and the optimum water content. On the basis, it was replaced the cement by the early strength agent according to the amount of cement (weight ratio), which was 0%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14% and 16%. And according to the different dosage of early strength agent, it was studied the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam mixture which had different dosages of early strength agent in 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 7 d. It concluded that the best dosage of early strength agent is 12%. The experiment proved that early strength agent in the cement stabilized macadam mixture can improve the early strength of the scene construction in cold area and it made the mechanical strength achieve the requirement of engineering design in a very short period of time , it was achieved the purpose of shortening construction period on the premise of guarantee construction quality.
