基于隐形资产的企业核心业务重塑模式研究

摘要

外部环境的激烈变化和企业间竞争的加剧，大大缩短了企业核心业务的生命周期，企业的业务转型和核心业务重塑势在必行。该文认为企业以原有核心业务积累的隐形资产为基础进行业务转型与重塑风险更小。论文以隐形能力为横坐标，以隐形资源为纵坐标，构建了基于隐形资产的企业核心业务重塑矩阵和九宫图，并以此为思维框架，归纳提出了8种基于隐形资产的核心业务重塑模式，分析了每种模式的特点和适用性。%The change of external environment and fierce competition between enterprises have shorten the life cycle of the enterprise's core business,so enterprise business transformation and core business reshaping is imperative.This paper argues that the business transformation and reshape of enterprise on the basis of the invisible assets in the origi-nal core business accumulation have less risky.Stealth ability as the abscissa,invisible resources as the ordinate,this pa-per built reshape matrix and nine palaces graph of enterprise core business based on invisible assets.Taking this as a thinking framework,this paper summarized eight kinds of the core business of restore mode and analyzed the character-istics and applicability of each mode.
