硼硅酸盐多孔玻璃微珠的制备

摘要

该文介绍了一种制备硼硅酸盐多孔玻璃微珠的方法，即通过玻璃粉末法制备玻璃微珠，然后通过热分相法得到多孔玻璃微珠。通过实验优化，制备得到了比表面积为68.18 m2/g 的多孔玻璃微珠，并研究了热处理工艺和酸浸析工艺对微珠比表面积的影响。%A method of preparation of porous borosilicate glass microspheres is expounded in this paper.First, make borosilicate glass beads by glass powder method,and then produce porous glass microspheres through the ther-mal phase seperation method.According to the optimal solution,the porous glass beads maximum specific surface area can reach 68.18 m2/g.Meanwhile,the influence of heat treatment process as well as the acid leaching process on the the porous beads’specific surface area is studied.
