国际化工程公司管控一体化信息平台的研发与实际应用

This paper mainly discusses the business characteristics and information status of international engineering company.In view of the complexity of the international engineering company EPC business, this paper puts forward the integrated management information platform to solve EPC business problem, and plans and designes its system architecture, and successfully applies it to information technology practice of China Triumph International Engineering Group Co,Ltd, which greatly improves the effectiveness and efficiency of business execution to achieve closed-loop control, process operation, intensive development and fine management goals.%该文主要论述了国际化工程公司业务特点和信息化现状,针对工程总承包业务的复杂性,提出了相应的解决方案即管控一体化信息平台;接下来规划设计了管控一体化信息平台的系统架构,并成功应用于中国建材国际工程集团有限公司的信息化建设实践中,其应用大大提高了工程总承包业务执行效率,达到了闭环管控、流程化运作、集约化发展和精细化管理的目标.
