6种保水剂对油茶生长和光合特性的影响

         

摘要

In order to enhance efficiency of water application of Camellia oleifera in the arid season, taking grafting seedlings in Xianglin No.l as research object, effects of six water retention agents on water holding capacity of soil and changes of survival rate, increment, water and chlorophyll contents in leaf and photosynthesis of young C. oleifera tree after using different water retention agents. The results show that the order of the six water retention agents based on water holding capacity from high to low is t6, t1, t4, t2, t5, t3, CK. The survival rates in t1-t6 treatments and CK were 100.0%, 80.0%, 60.0%, 90.0%, 80.0%, 90.0% and 60.0%, respectively. The chlorophyll contents in leaves in t1-t6 treatments are increased by 61.9%, 42.27%, 32.81%, 71.78%, 50.23% and 43.50%, compared with CK.%为了提高油茶在干旱季节对水分的利用效率,以湘林1号油茶嫁接苗为研究对象,以t1~t6等6种保水剂配方为试验材料,以空白处理为对照(CK),研究了这6种保水剂对土壤的持水能力及不同保水剂处理下油茶幼树的保存率、生长量、叶片含水量、叶绿素含量和光合作用等方面的变化情况.结果表明:6种保水剂对土壤的持水能力从高到低依次为:t6>t1>t4>t2>t5>t3>CK;不同处理后油茶幼树的保存率,处理t1~t6及对照组的分别为100%、80%、60%、90%、80%、90%和60%;不同处理后油茶叶片的叶绿素总含量,处理t1~t6比对照(CK)分别提高了61.9%、42.27%、32.81%、71.78%、50.23%和43.50%.
