油桐种子LOX基因的克隆与生物信息学分析

摘要

为了揭示油桐中α-桐酸生物合成的分子机理,利用RT-PCR和RACE技术,从油桐的种子中克隆到脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LOX)基因的全长cDNA,并对其进行了生物信息学分析.结果表明,此基因cDNA全长为2 690 bp,编码797个氨基酸.%In order to explore molecular mechanism of α-eleostearic acid biosynthesis in Verniciafordii,a full-length cDNA of LOX gene was cloned by RT-PCR and RACE techniques,and the characters of LOX gene were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.The results show that full-length cDNA of LOX gene is 2 690 bp,and 797 amino acid are encoded.
