为了扩大厚竹繁殖系数,完善厚竹埋鞭育苗技术体系,以厚竹竹鞭为材料,采用随机区组试验设计,研究水分条件、覆盖措施、埋鞭方式和竹鞭性状对厚竹埋鞭育苗的影响。结果表明:不同的水分条件对出笋率和出笋时间影响极显著,对竹笋地径影响显著,埋鞭时边覆土边浇水有利于促进笋芽萌发和提早出笋。埋鞭后不同的苗床覆盖措施对出笋率、竹笋地径和出笋时间的影响均显著,用茅草或遮阳网覆盖有利于促进笋芽萌发和提早出笋。泥浆处理后再用茅草覆盖苗床是厚竹埋鞭育苗效果最好的组合措施,而浇透水处理后用地膜覆盖苗床或不进行苗床覆盖的组合措施效果最差。鞭段长度、鞭节长度、有无鞭箨、埋鞭角度、埋鞭深度对厚竹埋鞭育苗的影响不显著。%In order to increase the reproduce rate ofPhyllostachys edulis‘pachyloen’, and to improve rhizome planting and seedling technology system, takingP. edulis ‘pachyloen’ as material, the effects of watering condition, covering methods, planting methods and rhizome characters towards rhizome planting and seedling ofP. edulis ‘pachyloen’ were researched, through applying randomized block design. The results showed that different watering conditions very signiifcantly affected both the rate and time of bamboo shooting, and signiifcantly affected the ground diameter of bamboo shoots. By watering at the same time planting rhizome, bamboo shoots could grow better and earlier. After planting rhizome, different seedbed covering methods also remarkably affected the shooting rate, shoots ground diameter, and shooting time. To cover the seedbed with thatch or other sunshade nets was beneifcial towards the bamboo shooting and shortening shooting time. In conclusion, the best rhizome planting combination was to use mud and then cover seedbed with thatch, while the worst combination was to cover seedbed with mulchiflm or no covering after well watering. The biological characters of rhizome had no signiifcant inlfuences towards bamboo shooting, such as rhizome length, rhizome joint length, with or without shell, as well as orientation and depth of planting.
