胡颓子属8种植物果实中的微量元素分析

         

摘要

A variety of trace elements are widespread in fruits of Elaeagnus plants,which have great editable values and broad processing and utilizating pospects as the third generation of fruit. In order to learn distribution level of trace elements in fruit of Elaeagnus plants,and to provide some reference basises for comprehensive development and utilization of fruits of Elaeagnus plants,contents of some trace elements(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mg)in eight species of fruits of Elaeagnus plants were determined by using microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry,and correlations among all kinds of trace elements were analyzed. The results indicate that: there were some differences among contents of all kinds of trace elements in fruits of different Elaeagnus plants,among which Fe content(1.70-9.16 mg/kg)and Mg content (3.25-7.76 mg/kg) were the most abundant, followed by Mn content (0.14-5.20 mg/kg), the least were Cu content (0.20-1.26 mg/kg)and Zn content(0.31-1.00 mg/kg).The results of correlation analysis show that:there was a significant correlation between iron content and copper content (r=0.644).%胡颓子属植物果实里富含多种微量元素,作为第三代水果具有极大的食用价值和广阔的加工利用前景.为了解胡颓子属植物果实中微量元素的分布水平,从而为胡颓子属植物果实的综合开发与利用提供参考依据,利用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法,对胡颓子属8种植物果实中铜、锌、铁、锰、镁元素的含量进行了测定,并对各种微量元素间的相关性进行了分析.测定结果表明:胡颓子属不同植物果实中各种微量元素的含量水平间存在一定的差异性,其中铁(1.70~9.16 mg/kg),镁(3.25~7.76 mg/kg)的含量最为丰富,锰含量(0.14~5.20 mg/kg)次之,铜(0.20~1.26 mg/kg)、锌(0.31~1.00 mg/kg)的含量最低.相关性分析结果表明:铁和铜含量间存在显著的相关性(r=0.644).
