温针灸治疗颈椎病疗效研究

摘要

目的：探讨温针灸疗法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将我院146例颈椎病患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组，患者各73例。治疗组采取温针灸疗法治疗颈椎病，对照组采取基础的常规针刺疗法。两组均行推拿按摩辅助巩固治疗，观察治疗组与对照组患者的治疗效果，探讨其临床意义。结果：治疗组治愈41例，有效29，总有效率95.89%。对照组治愈32例，有效31例，总有效率86.30%。治疗组的治疗效果要明显高于对照组，P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论：温针灸治疗颈椎病的疗效显著，复发率低，若能同时增加其他辅助性的治疗，效果会更佳，在临床上有较大的应用价值，值得推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods:146 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the 73 cases of patients. The treatment group take acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, conventional treatment control group adopt acupuncture based. The two groups underwent massage auxiliary consolidation therapy, observation of the treatment group and the control group with the treatment effect, to discuss its clinical significance. Results:41 cases were cured, 29 effective, the total efficiency of 95.89%. The control group cured 32 cases, effective in 31 cases, the total efficiency of 86.30%. The treatment group curative effect to be significantly higher than the control group, the P<0.05, with statisticaly significant difference. Conclusion:The curative effect of warm acupuncture treatment of cervical vertebra disease significantly, low recurrence rate, if can also increase the treatment of other auxiliary, wil better effect, has great application value in clinic, is worthy of promotion.
