绝经前后诸证即于绝经前后妇女出现的一系列证候,于绝经前后多数妇女会表现出不适感,变化涉及患者心理层面与身体层面.其临床特点为复杂多样性,若病情严重会对患者生活质量产生严重影响.现代医学认为本病为绝经综合征,将卵巢功能降低作为其主要病因,同时还关联于自由基、神经递质、血管舒张、雌孕激素受体以及免疫因素等.祖国医学认为该病病因为肾虚.本文为详细探讨中药治疗绝经前后诸证,现从万方、中国知网以及维普等数据库查阅大量资料,综合分析后开展概述.%The menopausal syndromes are a series of syndromes before and after menopause. Most women may experience discomfort before and after menopause and the menopause involves psychological and physical changes. The clinical features can be complex and diversified. A severe condition of the syndromes can seriously impact the patient's life quality. In modern medical science the syndroms are caled the menopause syndromes and they are primarily attributed to the ovarian function decrease and related causes include free radicals, neurotransmitter, vasodilatation, female progesterone receptors, immune factors, and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the syndromes are expressions of the kidney deficiency. This paper has a detailed discussion of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of menopausal syndromes. An overview of the development of the treatment methods and a comprehensive analysis were made based on the data colected from database service providers including Wanfang, CNKI and VIP.
