口服联合中药灌肠对120例溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:to study the oral combined traditional Chinese medicine enema on the curative effect of ulcerative colitis. Methods:to col ect the hospital diagnosis of 120 cases of ulcerative colitis patients. Were randomly divided into group 6, and the control group (n=60), the team receiving oral Chinese medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine enema, which received oral western medicine. Compare two groups before and after treatment the blood leukocytes, c-reactive protein, hemoglobin level and the treatment effect. Results:two groups after treatment the blood leukocytes, c-reactive protein and hemoglobin level difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Treatment group and control group curative effect are 96.7%and 88.3%respectively, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:the study of oral combine traditional Chinese medicine enema in treating ulcerative colitis reliable curative effect, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨口服联合中药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：收集我院诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的患者120例。随机分为研究组6和对照组各60例，研究组接受口服中药联合中药灌肠，对照组接受西药口服。比较两组治疗前后血白细胞、C反应蛋白、血红蛋白水平及治疗疗效。结果：两组治疗后血白细胞、C反应蛋白、血红蛋白水平差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组和对照组治疗疗效分别为96.7%、88.3%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：本次研究认为口服联合中药灌肠对治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效可靠，值得临床推广。
