术前访视应用于手术室护理的效果观察及研究

摘要

Objective:To study and observe the effect of preoperative visits on nursing in operating theatres. Methods: A total of 100 surgical patients admitted to our hospital were selected for study. They were randomLy divided into a control group and an observation group by computer randomization, and each of 50 cases. The control group took conventional operating room care. On this basis, the observation group took preoperative visits. The changes of SAS (anxiety), SDS (depression) score, and pre-entry DBP (systolic blood pressure), SBP (diastolic blood pressure), HR (heart rate), and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups before care, P> 0.05; after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and P < 0.05. Before admission, the levels of DBP, SBP, HR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and P < 0.05. The satisfaction rate of observation in the observation group was 96.0％ (48/50) compared with 82.0％ (41/50) in the control group, which was significantly higher and P < 0.05. Conclusion: The effect of preoperative visit on nursing in operation room is very significant. It can not only improve the patient's negative psychology, but also maintain its good preoperative vital signs and improve its nursing satisfaction.%目的:观察术前访视应用于手术室护理的效果.方法:选取本院收治的外科手术患者100例进行研究, 利用计算机随机法将其分为对照组和观察组, 各50例.对照组采取常规手术室护理, 在此基础上观察组采取术前访视.比较两组护理前后SAS (焦虑) 、SDS (抑郁) 评分变化和入室前DBP (收缩压) 、SBP (舒张压) 、HR (心率) 等水平以及护理满意度.结果:两组护理前SAS、SDS等评分对比无显著差异, P> 0.05;护理后观察组SAS、SDS等评分较对照组明显降低, 且P<0.05.入室前观察组DBP、SBP、HR等水平较对照组明显较低, 且P<0.05.观察组护理满意度为96.0％ (48/50), 较对照组的82.0％ (41/50) 明显较高, 且P<0.05.结论:术前访视应用于手术室护理的效果非常显著, 既能改善患者的负性心理, 又能维持其术前良好生命体征, 还能提升其护理满意度.
