智慧城市内涵与智慧城市建设

摘要

智慧城市是信息化发展到一定阶段的必然产物，是城市发展的高级阶段。从理论研究的角度，对智慧城市的概念和内涵进行了探讨，阐明智慧城市建设的重要意义，梳理了智慧城市在国内外的发展现状，对智慧城市建设的原则和框架进行了初步的研究%　　With the development of information technology,smart city proposed which will lead the city to an advanced stage. Based on research, this paper presents the definition of smart city, express the meaning of smart city construction, clarify the domestic and international development of smart city. More detail, the framework of smart city were discussed.
