智慧城市内涵、特征与发展途径研究--以北京智慧城市建设为例

摘要

对智慧城市的内涵做了界定，提出智慧城市的基本特征应是知识与知识资本的广泛应用，智慧城市发展基本途径和内容应包括城市市民知识化、城市技术智能化和城市环境智慧化三方面良性互动，并结合北京智慧城市建设的案例分析，给出发展智慧城市的对策建议，探讨建设与发展智慧城市的新策略与模式。%Around the smart city, the article tries to deifnethe connotation of the smart city, puts forward that the wide application of the knowledge and intellectual capital are the basic characteristics of smart city, smart city developmentand the content should include the interaction ofurban citizens who are better educated, smart city technology and city wisdom. The paper puts forward smart city development countermeasures, discusses smart city construction and development new strategies and patterns based upon the smart city construction in Beijing.
