空冷式风力发电机冷却风机故障分析

摘要

本文简述了风电机组中发电机冷却风机的损坏故障问题，统计了冷却风机损坏故障的种类，着重分析了由于异步电机缺相运行造成的故障。针对已经出现故障的4台冷却风机进行了现场拆解，分析具体故障原因。主要有四类原因，其中电机烧毁占据了故障中的主要部分，但是电机的机械故障和接线等问题引发的故障也不可忽视。本文针对以上故障原因提出了相应的解决措施。%Te damage issues of wind generator air cooler motors were described. Te kings of faults were counted, and emphatically analyzed the fault caused by lack of phase. Four failed motors were dismantled, and studied the special factors. Tere are four reasons led the motor to be damaged, whereby winding failure occupied the main part. Nevertheless, the faults which caused by the mechanical failure and wiring problems cannot be ignored. In view of these factors in process of solving measures were put forward.
