管壳式冷凝器与板式空冷器在减压塔抽真空系统中的应用调查

     

摘要

Based on technology theory, this paper expounds the present situation of domestic research and application of shell and tube condenser and plate air cooler. It carries out comprehensive investigation regarding the application effectsrnof plate air cooler in special condition-vacuum pumpingrnsystem of vacuum tower in refineries. Some striking problems such as corrosion, scale formation, leakage are found. Meanwhile, a performance comparison between water -cooled condenser and shell and tube condenser is made, which provides reference for the selection of water cooler or air cooler during the first stage of project construction for domestic refineries.%从技术理论角度出发,对管壳式空冷 板式空冷器在国内的研究和应用现状进行了论述,并对板式空冷器在特定场合——炼油厂减压塔抽真空系统中的应用效果进行了广泛的调研,发现腐蚀、结垢、泄漏等问题突出,同时与水冷-管壳式冷凝器进行了性能对比,仅以此为今后国内炼油厂项目建设初期水冷/空冷的选择提供参考.
