真空轧制钛/钢复合板的组织与性能

摘要

Titanium clad steel plate has good mechanical properties of steel and excellent corrosion resistance of titanium, which is widely used in the sectors of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power and offshore engineering and so on.NISCO has produced titanium clad steel plate by vacuum rolling cladding method without adding transition layer, and the tensile properties, bending properties and shear strength of the clad plate meet the standard requirements.The average value of shear strength is about 209 MPa, which is more than 140 MPa required by standard.The mechanical properties of titanium clad steel plates satisfy the requirements of GB/T 8547-2006 standard R1 type clad plate.%钛/钢复合板兼具钢的良好力学性能及钛的优异耐腐蚀性,广泛应用于石油、化工、电力及海洋工程等领域.南钢采用真空轧制复合法制备的钛/钢复合板,不添加过渡层,其拉伸性能、弯曲性能及剪切强度等均满足标准要求,而且剪切强度平均在209 MPa左右,超过标准要求的140 MPa.钛/钢复合板的各项性能达到GB/T8547-2006标准R1类复合板的要求.
