泉州辋川滨海湿地种植秋茄林对土壤多酚氧化酶活性的影响

摘要

以泉州辋川滨海湿地为例，研究了种植秋茄林对滨海湿地土壤多酚氧化酶活性及土壤酸碱度的影响。结果表明：种植秋茄林后第2年土壤多酚氧化酶活性较当年多酚氧化酶活性增强；种植秋茄林后第2年（2011年冬季）土壤pH值较当年（2010年冬季）pH下降。种植秋茄可明显提高湿地土壤质量。%Wangchuan coastal wetland in Quanzhou was taken as an example to study the inlfuence of growing Kandelia obovata on the activity of polyphenol oxidase and the pH value of the soil in coastal wetlands. Results indicated that the activity of polyphenol oxidase of the soil was strengthened in the second year after planting Kandelia obovata compared to the ifrst year, and the pH value of the soil becomes lower in the second year (the winter of 2011) than the that in the ifrst year (the winter of 2010).
