目的:观察艾箱灸治疗在胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后的应用效果.方法:将胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术患者162例随机分为2组各81例,对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予艾箱灸护理,观察2组患者首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、住院时间、胃肠功能恢复情况及满意率.结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间及住院时间缩短(P＜0.05),且观察组患者满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后应用艾箱灸能减轻临床相关症状,缩短住院时间,提高满意率.%Objective: To observe the effects of moxa applied to the repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods: All 162 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 81 cases each group, the control group adopted conventional care while the observation group were given moxa, satisfactory rate, the recovery conditions of gastrointestinal function, hospitalization time, first defecation time, the recovery time of borborygmus and first anal exhaust time of the patients in both groups were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, first anal exhaust time, the recovery time of borborygmus, first defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group shortened (P＜0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group in satisfaction rate (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Application of moxa to the patients after the repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation could improve clinical symptoms shorten hospitalization time and raise satisfaction rate.
