小儿断指再植术后护理体会

摘要

目的:总结小儿断指再植术后护理经验.方法:对2005年2月至2010年10月间收治的25例断指行再植手术的患儿根据具体病情,制定恰当的护理措施,进行全方位护理.结果:25例28指中23指成活.结论:断指再植术后根据小儿的生理特点细心护理,密切观察血液循环,及时处理动、静脉危象可以提高断指再植成活率.%Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of children after replantation of severed finger.Method:The nursing of 25 cases of infants after replantafion of severed finger hospitalized from February 2005 to October 2010 are explored.Nursing measures are worked out according to the patients' conditions and omnidirectional nursing are given to the patients. Result:In 25 cases 23 fingers survived among 28 fingers. Conclusion:It could raise the survival rate of digital replantation to nurse the patients carefully,closely observe the blood circulation and treat the crisis of vein or artery in time after the replantation of severed finger.
