我院护理人员中医护理知识及技能现状调查与培训对策

         

摘要

目的:了解我院护理人员中医基础知识和中医护理技能掌握情况,以制定长期培训目标和3 年培训计划.方法:根据国家中医药管理局<中医护理常规、中医技能操作规程>自制中医护理技能问卷调查表,对全院361名临床一线护理人员进行调查.问卷内容包括一般情况、中医护理技能掌握情况(中医基础知识、常规操作、辨证施护、教育与培训能力)、开放式问题3 个方面25 个问题,调查完毕后将资料输入Excel 数据库进行统计分析,采用t 检验、方差分析和q 检验.结果:共发放问卷361 份,回收357 份.中医基础知识、常规操作、辨证施护、教育与培训能力,不同毕业院校、不同职称、不同学历、不同科室、不同工龄的护理人员存在差异,学历、职称越高,中医技术操作掌握程度越高,而基本理论差异无显著性.结论:中医院护理人员中医基础知识欠缺,临床应用不够广泛.应建立有效的培训机制,加强护理人员对中医基础理论的学习.同时提高中医医院护理人员开展中医护理健康教育的能力,满足不同层次患者的健康需要,提高满意度.%Objective: To establish long-term training goal and plan within three years through exploring the understanding of TCM basic knowledge and nursing skills of nurses in our hospital. Method: All 361 nurses were surveyed with questionnaires. The contents of survey contained 25 questions about three aspects: common conditions, the understanding of TCM nursing skills (TCM basic knowledge, routine operations, syndrome differentiation and nursing, ability of education and training) and open questions. After the survey, the data was typed into Excel database and analyzed statistically with T test, analysis of variance and q test. Result: A total of 361 pieces of questionnaires were handed out and 357 pieces were returned. Differences existed in TCM basic knowledge, routine operations, syndrome differentiation and nursing, ability of education and training of nurses graduated from colleges with different titles and educational backgrounds, department and working hours. The understanding of TCM nursing skills increased with the educational background, titles and others. No significant difference was in comparison of basic theory. Conclusion: We should establish effective training mechanism, enhance the study of TCM basic theory and compensate TCM basic knowledge and clinical application, improve the ability of nurses' giving health education to the patients to meet the needs of patients in different levels and raise satisfactory degree of patients.
