中医治疗药物性肝损伤研究进展

摘要

通过分析相关文献,就现代医学、中医对药物性肝损伤(drug-induced liver injury,DILI)的认识,以及清热解毒利湿类、疏肝理气类、补肾健脾益气养血类、活血化瘀类复方,有机酸类、生物碱类、环烯醚萜类、黄酮苷、多糖等中药活性成分治疗肝损伤的现状进行阐述,旨在指导临床治疗.%Current state is elaborated through analyzing associated literature in order to guide clinical treatment, which involves the cognition of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) in TCM and modern medicine, active ingredient of herbs in treating liver injury. Herbs are of clearing heat, detoxifying and eliminating dampness, soothing liver and regulating Qi, invigorating kidney and spleen, nourishing Qi and blood, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and active ingredients are of organic acid, alkaloid, iridoid, flavonoid glycoside, polysaccharide and others.
