不同提取方法对黄芪总皂苷含量的影响

摘要

Objective: To select the best extraction process of total saponin in HuangQi (Radix Astragali). Method: The contents of astragaloside IV, extracted with ethanol reflux method as well as water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, were detected by HPLC-ELSD by taking astragaloside IV as an index. Result: The content of astragaloside IV extracted by ethanol reflux method was 40% higher than that got by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Conclusion: All the results suggested that ethanol reflux method could be taken as an extraction method of total saponin from HuangQi (Radix Astragali) in a large scale production.%目的 优选黄芪总皂苷的提取方法.方法 采用平行试验法,以黄芪甲苷为指标,测定用HPLC-ELSD 法测试乙醇回流法和水提醇沉法提取的总皂苷中黄芪甲苷的含量.结果 乙醇回流法比水提醇沉法提取的总皂苷中黄芪甲苷含量高出约40%.结论 乙醇回流法较水提醇沉法提取率高,是黄芪总皂苷的最佳提取工艺.
