陇中消定膏对足舟状骨缺血性坏死的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical effects of LongZhong XiaoDingGao in treating ischemic necrosis of tarsal navicular bone. Method:Under the condition of limited weight-bearing, 92 patients were randomized into the treatment group of XiaoDingGao, the group of XiaoDingGao and SunShangSan as well as the control group of di-clofenac sodium emulsion. The treatment group of XiaoDingGao received XiaoDingGao for external use, changing the dressing for 72 hours, besides XiaoDingGao, the group of XiaoDingGao and SunShangSan oral SunShangSan, 0.5g each time, three times per day;and the control group diclofenac sodium emulsion for external use beneath the ankle joint, 3g each time, four times each day, 20 minutes once, clinical efficacy was observed after treating for 12 weeks. Result:Three groups were improved in joint pain, stiffness, joint function limitation and others, the difference among three groups had statistical meaning compared with before treating (P<0.05), the difference in pain improvements had no statistical meaning in the comparison among three groups after treating (P>0.05), but the group of XiaoDing-Gao and SunShangSan demonstrated the best effects in improving feet function, the treatment group of XiaoDingGao the next, the comparisons had statistical meaning compared with the control group of diclofenac sodium emulsion. Conclusion:LongZhong XiaoDingGao for external use and oral SunShangSan could improve feet function of the pa-tients with ischemic necrosis of tarsal navicular bone, the treatment, safe and convenient, could gain definite effects.%目的：观察陇中消定膏治疗足舟状骨缺血性坏死的疗效。方法：在限制负重的基础上，将92例足舟状骨缺血性坏死的患者随机分为消定膏治疗组、消定膏+损伤散组、双氯芬酸钠对照组。消定膏治疗组采用中药消定膏外敷，每72小时换药1次；消定膏+损伤散组在消定膏治疗组治疗的基础上口服损伤散0.5 g/次,3次/d；双氯芬酸钠对照组采用双氯芬酸钠乳剂3 g，踝关节下方涂擦，4次/d，20 min/次，治疗12周后观察疗效。结果：3组在改善关节疼痛、僵硬、功能受限等方面与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,3组治疗后比较，疼痛症状改善无显著性差异（P＞0.05），但消定膏+损伤散组在足功能改善方面效果最佳，消定膏治疗组次之，与双氯芬酸钠乳剂组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：陇中消定膏外敷联合损伤散内服能较好改善足舟状骨缺血性坏死患者的足功能，疗效确切，使用安全方便。
