补肾活血汤治疗顽固性高血压临床观察

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical effects of BuShen HuoXueTang in the treatment for refractory hyper-tension. Method:All 72 patients were randomized into the control group and the control group. Both groups took hy-drochlorothiazide tablets, metoprolol and nifedipine, the treatment group took BuShen HuoXueTang. Clinical effica-cy of both groups was observed after treating for four weeks. Result:The decrease of blood pressure in the treatment group was notably larger than that of the control group (P<0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%, higher than 33.3%of the control group, the difference in clinical effects between both groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of western medicine and Chinese medicine are effective in treating refracto-ry hypertension, BuShen HuoXueTang shows synergistic action.%目的：观察补肾活血汤治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将72例顽固性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各36例，2组均服用双氢克尿噻、倍他乐克、硝苯地平治疗，治疗组同时服用补肾活血汤治疗，2组共治疗4周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组降压幅度明显大于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组总有效率为66.7%，对照组为33.3%，2组疗效比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合可有效治疗顽固性高血压，而补肾活血汤有明显协同增效作用。
