自拟天芎头痛汤治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察天芎头痛汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效.方法:将偏头痛患者100例随机分为2组各50例,对照组采用氟桂利嗪、谷维素、维生素B1治疗,治疗组口服天芎头痛汤,10天为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程后观察2组治疗前后临床症状变化.结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,优于对照组的68%(P＜0.05).结论:自拟天芎头痛汤治疗偏头痛疗效确切,安全可靠.%Objective: Toobserve therapeutic effects of TianXiong TouTongTang in the treatm entform igraine. Method: One hundred patients were random ized into two groups, the control group received flunarizine, oryzanol and vitam in B1 while the treatm entgroup took TianXiong TouTongTang, tendays were one course of treatment and changes of sym ptom swere explored before and after treating for six consecutive courses of treatm ent Result: Total effective rate of the treatm entgroup was 96% , superior to 68% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-m ade TianXiong TouTongTang is effective and safe in treating migraine.
