王自立主任医师治疗胃脘痛验案举隅

摘要

通过对脾胃虚寒、心脾两虚、胃阴亏虚、湿热滞中4型病案的介绍，指出胃脘痛患者胃失和降，不通则痛的基本发病机理，体现王自立主任医师同病异治、治病求本的辨证思想。%By introducing four cases of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold pattern, dual deficiency pattern of heart-spleen, depletion pattern of stomach Yin, damp-heat obstructing the middle energizer pattern, basic pathogenesis of stomach Qi rising, obstruction causes pain was expounded, which represented chief physician Wang Zili’s syndrome differentiationt thinking of different therapies for the same disease, therapy aiming at its root causes.
