藏药六味能消散质量标准研究

摘要

目的：建立藏药六味能消散质量标准。方法：对寒水石、碱花进行理化鉴别；用高效液相色谱法对没食子酸进行含量测定。结果：阴性对照无干扰；没食子酸在0.058～0.58μg范围内线性关系良好（r＝0.9999），平均加样回收率为98.1%，RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论：本法简便、快速、结果准确可靠、专属性强、灵敏度高，可用于藏药六味能消散的质量控制。%Objective:To establish quality standard of Tibetan medicine LiuWei NengXiao powder. Methods:Gypsum and trona were identified from physical and chemical aspects;the contents of gallic acid were measured by HPLC. Results:It showed negative control and no interference;gallic acid presented good linear relationship in the range between 0.058 and 0.58 μg (r=0.999 9), average recovery rate was 98.1%, RSD=0.67%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable with strong specificity and high sensitivity, and it could be used for quality control of Tibetan medicine LiuWei NengXiao powder.
