心电图ST-T改变与血脂水平的相关性分析

Objective:To survey the relativity between asymptomatic hypertension ST-T changes and blood lipid. Methods:The patients with asymptomatic hypertension were taken as the investigators, randomized into rest-ing ECG normal group (116 cases) and abnormal changes group of ST-T (140 cases) respectively, to detect the lev-els of blood glucose and blood lipid of both groups. Results:When ECG normal group was compared with abnormal changes group of ST-T, the levels of total cholesterol in the patients with ST-T changes increases obviously (P<0.05), while the levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL) decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:Higher level of TC could promote the patients suffering from asymptomatic hypertension or aggravate ischemia myocardial, while HDL could protect cardiac muscle.%目的：探讨无症状高血压ST-T改变与血脂的关系。方法：以无症状高血压患者为调查对象，分静息心电图正常组(116例)和ST-T改变异常组(140例)，检测2组体检者的血糖、血脂水平。结果：心电图正常组与ST-T改变异常组相比，ST-T改变者血清总胆固醇水平明显升高(P＜0.05)，而高密度脂蛋白水平则明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论：在无症状高血压患者中，相对较高的总胆固醇水平促使或加重心肌缺血，而高密度胆固醇对心肌有保护作用。
