辛桂散敷脐治疗小儿口疮65例

Objective: To observe clinical effects of umbilical application of XinGui powder in treating chil-dren with aphtha. Methods: All 130 patients were randomized into two groups, 65 cases each group, the control group gargled with KangFu XinYe, 10mL, for five minutes, three times per day. the observation group received umbilical ap-plication of XinGui powder, to observe average ulcer healing time, ulcer healing conditions and relapse conditions in both groups during therapeutic period. Results: The scales of ulcer size, congestion and pain in both groups decreased obviously after treating (P<0.05), the decrease of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Average ulcer healing time of the control group was (5.4±1.2) days, longer than (3.6±0.9) days of the obser-vation group, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P<0.05). The observation group was less than the control group in ulcer relapse rate after follow-up in two months, three months and six months (P<0.05). Con-clusion: Umbilical therapy of XinGui powder in the treatment of aphtha in children could notably promote ulcer heal-ing, shorten ulcer healing time, and decrease ulcer relapse after drug withdrawal, which is safe, reliable and visual, es-pecially, it could overcome the difficulties of children’s incorporation and medication.%目的：观察辛桂散敷脐治疗小儿口疮的临床疗效。方法：将130例患者随机分为2组，每组65例，对照组给予康复新液10 mL，含漱5分钟，3次/d，观察组给予辛桂散敷贴小儿脐部，观察2组治疗期间平均溃疡愈合时间、溃疡愈合情况及复发情况。结果：溃疡大小、溃疡充血及溃疡疼痛等评分2组治疗后均明显下降（P＜0.05），观察组下降幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。平均溃疡愈合时间对照组为（5.4±1.2）天，观察组为（3.6±0.9）天，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访2个月、3个月、6个月时溃疡复发率观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：辛桂散敷脐疗法治疗小儿口疮能明显促进溃疡愈合，缩短溃疡愈合时间，可降低停药后溃疡复发率，且安全、可靠、直观，尤其能克服小儿不配合、给药困难等问题。
