针刺对溃疡性结肠炎Th17/Treg免疫平衡的调节作用

摘要

从文献学的角度阐释溃疡性结肠炎的病理基础及针刺对Th17、Treg细胞因子的影响，以期为针灸治疗的效应机制提供科学依据，同时为针刺对溃疡性结肠炎的菌群-宿主代谢免疫交互机制的影响研究提供文献依据。%The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and the acupuncture influences over regulating the balance of Th17 and Treg cytokines were illustrated by literatures review. The scientific evidences of acupuncture in effectively treating ulcerative colitis were provided and the literature basis for the acupuncture effect on the interactive mecha-nisms of flora-host metabolism and immunity was furnished in the paper.
