Objective:To explore the application methods and effects of predictive nursing in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor after intervention operation.Methods:72 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random sampling,each group 36 cases.All patients were given intervention treatment and completed smoothly,the control group was given regular treamment after operation,the observation group was given positive predictive nursing,the nursing period of both groups were one month.Results:Depression and anxiety score after nursing intervention decreased obviously in both groups (P＜0.05),the observation group decreased more obviously (P＜0.05).The complication incidence was 11.1％ in the observation group,the control group was 47.2％,there was statistical difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing was 100.00％ in the observation group,the control group was 72.2％,there was statistical difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cervical cancer using the intervention can achieve good short-term effects,predictive nursing can reduce complication,ease mental emotion and lift the satisfaction for nursing.%目的:探讨预见性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤介入术后的应用方法与效果.方法:将72例患者根据随机抽签原则分为观察组、对照组各36例,所有患者均给予介入治疗并且都顺利完成,对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组给予积极预见性护理,2组护理周期均为1个月.结果:抑郁、焦虑评分护理干预后2组均明显降低(P＜0.05),观察组降低更明显(P＜0.05).并发症发生率观察组为11.1％,对照组为47.2％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理总满意率观察组为100.00％,对照组为72.2％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:宫颈癌介入治疗具有比较好的近期疗效,而预见性护理的应用能减少并发症的发生,缓解心理情绪,同时可提高患者护理满意度.
