何复东主任医师治疗月经不调用药规律分析

摘要

目的:探讨何复东主任医师治疗月经不调的遣方用药规律.方法:收集何复东主任医师2013—2014年治疗月经不调的内服方剂,运用方剂计量学方法,对其用药范围、性味、归经和功能等指标加以统计分析.结果:何复东治疗月经不调常用药用药频次从大到小前11味药依次为巴戟天、仙茅、葛根、补骨脂、紫河车、淫羊藿、制何首乌、当归、菟丝子、锁阳、炒白芍;使用最多的药类为补益药,其次为活血祛瘀药;入肾经、膀胱经和肝胆经药物最多;药味以甘、辛为主,药性以温、寒为主.结论:何复东主任医师治疗月经不调以补肾填精为主,疏肝健脾,活血调经为辅,辨病辨证相结合,使精血俱旺,气机调畅,气血调和,月经正常.何复东主任医师用药灵活,温润填精兼顾气血,辛开苦降以调畅气机,补而不滞,寒热平调.%Objective: To study the medication rule of He Fudong in the treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods: The oral formula in the treatment of irregular menstruation used by He Fudong from 2013 to 2014 was collected. And the prescription metrology was adopted to check the statistical analysis on these formulas, the checked index such as medication scope, taste, meridians and functions, etc. Results: The first 11 drugs frequency of medication from large to small of He Fudong's commonly used drugs were BaJiTian(Morinda Officinalis),XianMao(Curculigo Orchioides Gaertn),GeGen(Pueraria),Bu GuZhi(Fructus Psoraleae),ZiHeChe(Placenta hominis),Yin YangHuo (Aceranthus Sagittatus),Zhi HesHouWu(Prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori),DangGui(Angelica),TuSiZi( Semen Cuscutae),SuoYang(Cynomorium Songaricum),Chao BaiShao(Radix Paeoniae Alba). The most being used herbs were tonic herbs followed by stasis removing drugs. And the herbs belonging to kidney, urinary bladder, liver and gallbladder meridians were the most. The taste of the drugs mostly were sweet and pungent while the the properties mostly were warm and cold. Conclusion: About the method of treating irregular menstruation of He Fudong, nourishing kidney-essence is mainly used along with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, promoting blood circulation to regulate menstruation. With the combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation, his medication rule is to invigorate blood and essence, regulateQi, harmonizeQiand blood to achieve normal menstruation. His medication is flexible which is warming and tonifying, nourishing blood and essence, using pungent-opening and bitter descending method to regulateQimovement, supplement and not sluggish, regulating cold and heat mildly.
