马钱子总生物碱含量测定方法的建立与比较

摘要

目的:建立简便易行的马钱子总生物碱含量测定方法并评价马钱子总生物碱提取工艺.方法:建立应用紫外分光光度法测定马钱子总生物碱含量的方法,并与常规的比色法以及HPLC法同时测定不同提取工艺下马钱子总生物碱样品的含量.结果:3种方法的测定结果平行,相互可以参照.紫外分光光度法可以用于马钱子总生物碱的含量测定.%Objective:To assess the extraction technology of total alkaloids from MaQianZi (nuces vomicae) by establishing simple and convenient methods to determine the contents of total alkaloids from MaQianZi.Methods:The method of determining the contents of total alkaloids from MaQianZi was established by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the contents of total alkaloids from MaQianZi under different extraction technology were determined by conventional colorimetry and HPLC method simultaneously.Results:The determination results of three methods were paralellel,which could be cousulted by each other.Conclusion:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry could be used for content determination of total alkaloids from MaQianZi.
