Objective:To discuss the effects of Orem's self-care theory combined with health education on patient-controlled analgesia and quality of life of the patients after hysterectomy.Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,60 cases each group,the control group accepted routine care,and the observation group Orem's self-care theory combined with health education on the foundation of routine care,the incidence of adverse reaction,VAS and BCS at different times after the operation in the first,second,third,fifth and seventh day were observed and recorded in both groups.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in analgesic effects at different times during the analgesic period after the operation,VAS and BCS,and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Nausea and vomiting occurred in two cases of the observation group,18 cases of the control group,and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Skin itching occurred in zero case of the observation group,six cases of the control group,and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Orem's self-care theory combined with health education could promote physiological recovery of the patients after hysterectomy and relieve the anxiety of the patients,which could reach good patient-controlled analgesia,promote physical and mental health,reduce adverse reaction and improve quality of life.%目的:探讨奥瑞姆自护理论配合健康教育对子宫切除术后患者的自控镇痛效果及生活质量的影响.方法:将子宫切除患者120例随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予奥瑞姆自护理论配合健康教育干预,观察记录2组患者术后1、2、3、5、7天各个时间的疼痛评分(VAS)、舒适度评分(BCS)及不良反应发生率.结果:2组患者术后镇痛期间各时点镇痛效果、VAS评分、BCS评分,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后发生恶心呕吐2例,对照组术后发生恶心呕吐1 8例,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组皮肤瘙痒0例,对照组皮肤瘙瘁6例,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:应用奥瑞姆自护理论干预并配合健康教育可促进子宫切除术后患者的生理康复,能降低子宫切除患者焦虑的程度,达到良好的自控镇痛效果,促进身心健康,减少不良反应,提高生活质量.
