Objective:To understand the present situation of nutritional risk and quality of life of the patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma and explore the relationship between them.Methods:Selfmaade questionnaire for general conditions,nutritional risk screening scaling,European organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Core Scale (EORTC-QLQ) were adopted to survey 58 patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma respectively,to explore the relationship between nutritional risk assessment and quality of life of the patients.Results:Total scales of nutritional risk of the patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma were (3.62± 1.48),the incidence of nutritional risk was 32.76%;the scales of overall quality of life of the patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma were (113.59±3.06),in the medium level;nutritional risk of the patients was negatively related to their quality of life (P<0.05).Conclusion:The doctor and nurses should assess nutritional conditions of the patients accurately and timely and timely correct malnutrition of the patients to raise quality of life of the patients.%目的:了解喉癌术后患者营养风险与生存质量的现状及其关系.方法:分别采用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷、营养风险筛查评分简表、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生存质量核心量表对58例喉癌术后患者进行调查,探讨营养风险评估与患者生存质量的关系.结果:喉癌术后患者营养风险总评分为(3.62±1.48)分,营养风险发生率为32.76%;喉癌术后患者整体生存质量得分为(113.59±3.06)分,处于中等水平;喉癌术后患者营养风险与其生存质量存在负相关(P<0.05).结论:医护人员应准确、及时地评估喉患术后患者的营养状况,及时改善患者的营养不良状况,以提高患者的生存质量.
